  • For Organizers:Business Info, ID documents, and bank accounts, for identity checks and payouts
  • Use Data:What events you view, clicks you ake, and devices you use (so we can improve the experience).

    • We don't collect anything that is not essential. And we never sell your data, Ever.

    You Use your data to:

  • Help you register for events and access your tickets.
  • Let organizers know who's attending thier events.
  • Process secure payments and payouts.
  • Send confirmations, reminders, and event updates.
  • Keep your account safe with login verification.
  • Improve the platform and fix bugs when things go wrong.

    • Attempt to disrupt or exploit the platform.

Who Sees Your Info?

  • The event organizer (just what they need to manage thier event).
  • Trusted services we use to run EventsGrid (like payment processors or cloud hosting).
  • Our internal team (for support, security, and product improvements).

    • We don't share your info amy third parties for marketing or ads. Period.

How We Keep It Safe

    We take your privacy seriously. Here's what we do:

  • Use encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest.
  • Limit access to your info only to the team members who need it.
  • Store sensitive files (like ID uploads) securely using modern file storage system.
  • Run security checks and audits regularly.

    • if something ever goes wrong,we'll notify you immediately and take action as soon as possible

  • Delete your account if you're done with EventsGrid.
